Before using the walking stick, it is essential to adjust its height to the user's height.

To determine the correct height for using the cane, measure with the user standing upright and arms at their sides. The cane handle should be at the user's wrist height, not at fingertips or hips.

The cane has several positions. In the minimum position the cane measures 77cm and in the maximum 104.5cm.

The walking stick should be used in the hand opposite the weaker leg.

When walking, the base of the cane should be supported on the ground before resting the wrist.

The purpose of using a walking stick is to reduce pressure on the weaker leg and foot. Therefore, the weight placed on the stick should correspond to the weight given to the weaker leg.
