Automatic fall detection
The Durcal watch incorporates an accelerometer to detect sudden accelerations that could indicate a fall. If it detects one, the watch initiates a 10-second countdown through its speaker, allowing the wearer to cancel the call for help if it's not needed, simply by pressing a button. If the wearer becomes unconscious or unresponsive, the watch will automatically activate a call to the Movistar Prosegur emergency center via the device's microphone and speaker. Depending on the situation, the necessary services, such as an ambulance, police, or fire department, will be dispatched to the GPS location.
Real-time GPS geolocation
Family members can check the location, create safe zones (this is especially useful for family members with Alzheimer's) and receive alerts from the app.
You can also define safety zones and know when people leave them.
Emergency SOS button
With just one touch, the user can request immediate help from anywhere, wherever they are.
The app will notify family members.

Durcal app for the whole family
Available for Android and iOS, it allows you to view the family member's GPS location, activity, and vital signs in real time, configure medication reminder alerts, and communicate directly with the watch. The family member associated with the watch can receive alerts when they enter or leave designated areas, such as their home and other frequently visited locations.
From the Durcal telecare app, you can call your family member's watch and speak to them through the microphone and speaker. You can also check their vital signs in real time, such as blood oxygen levels, pulse, heart rate, and steps taken.
How does it work?
- The Durcal Watch sends an alert via SOS button or fall detection
- The Central receives the alert

Because an unassisted fall can lead to complications such as prolonged immobility, hypothermia, or dehydration. The sooner it is detected, the lower the risk.
When an elderly person falls alone at home, every minute counts. Without immediate help, complications such as prolonged immobility, hypothermia, dehydration, or even difficulty calling for help can arise. This scenario is more common than we think and is one of the greatest fears of family caregivers.
At Mr. Loris, we have solutions that automatically detect a fall and call for help, even when the person is unable to do so themselves . For example, with the Durcal watch, your mother will never truly be alone again.
The Durcal tele-assistance watch incorporates an intelligent fall detection system that identifies sudden movements or abnormal impacts.
When a fall occurs:
- The watch or sensor detects it instantly.
- It sends an automatic alert to your mobile phone and the configured contacts.
- If there is no response, the emergency protocol is activated to ensure that the person receives help quickly.
This means that even if your mother is unconscious, disoriented, or unable to reach the phone , assistance will still be activated.
Whether the fall happens at home or outside, you can see the exact location in the app. This allows you to act quickly, alert a neighbor, go to the scene yourself, or request professional help without wasting valuable time.
