Returns Policy

Mr. Loris accepts product returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and labelling, in perfect condition and unused.

How to proceed with a return:

  1. The customer must send a return request for the order, stating the reasons, within the applicable period, to devoluciones@mrloris.com.

  2. Mr. Loris will review the request and, if accepted, will send the customer an email with the necessary information and instructions to proceed with the return, including:

    • Label to attach to the package with the reference number

    • Carrier drop-off locations

    • Return reference number (RMA)

  3. The deadline to receive the shipment is 10 days from the confirmation of the return.

  4. Once the merchandise is received at the Mr. Loris warehouse, the product will be inspected to verify that it meets the criteria of perfect condition, unused, and with original packaging in order to be accepted.

  5. After acceptance is confirmed, Mr. Loris will notify the customer and issue a refund for the product amount, using the same payment method used for the purchase or, alternatively, a voucher for the same amount to be used at Mr. Loris.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
